Ginny Vee is set to become one of the most talked about international music stars of 2014.
Born from an innovative social media project, that set out to create a new music sensation - just by the incredible power of Twitter, Facebook, Google+, YouTube and a host of social media sites. Ginny was selected from hundreds of hopefuls, and in early 2014 she cut her first amazing EP "Heaven n Back". Pre-release demo versions soared to the top of the chart on Reverbnation, nationally and internationally.
Following a much applauded crowd review, the single was picked up by the Reverbnation A&R division to send out to the recording industry. Before any of them could sign the artist, she was scooped up (in just 6 days) by a renowned global music production company. Understanding the raw talent they have found - they are set to announce huge plans for Ginny Vee.
Who is the Music Artist Ginny Vee
Ginny is an Italian born music artist, singer and songwriter. She was schooled in music in Italy, and then moved to LA to delve deeper into the vibrant US music scene. Returning to Europe, she brought those strong POP and R&B influences with her back into the studios in Rome. It was here that she was tracked down and agreed to participate in what is being described as the most important international music project of 2014.
The Music
Early reviews of the EP "Heaven n Back" have been staggering. Her modern pop sound draws from contemporary artists like Beyoncé, Rihanna, Katy Perry, Avril Lavigne, Shakira and others.
But she has managed to cross that sound with incredible melodies that hark back to the late 80's and early 90's - strong engaging music that gets into your head and stays there.
Reviews are comparing her vocal style to "early Madonna". "Stunning vocals that accentuate the phenomenal progression of the songs."
